Dear Vladimir, you ask me to talk about population in Egypt. Do you want to solve the problem for Egypt from the key part, or do you want to offend Egypt? Egypt is not the only country in the world with a large population density and underdeveloped economy. China used to be the one. The Nile is one of the granaries of the world and one of the birthplaces of several civilizations. Because agriculture is developed, so the population gathers. When I left China, 30 years ago, the population of China was only 700 million, but now there are 1.4 billion, almost doubled. It was very low living standard then, compared to nowadays modem prosperous China. Two years ago china broke  one child policy that expecting more populations. So, The key problem for economic development is not the population, it’s the system that how government uses authorized political power to manage the country effectively, efficiently. Xi and Wang are not here any more, I miss them。Otherwise they may have terrific sayings about how to deal with the dense population, turning it from a headache National burden to market attraction and powerful production force. When talking about the population of Egypt today, I think that many of the countries in the world with relatively high population density and less developed economies can learn something from it.
