Jackie说，你要让我写有关俄国金融方面的事情. 我没有很多经济和金融方面的背景，我是做大系统设计的，有一点房地产的知识. 如果世界是一个系统，以因特网作为基础的信息传输系统，就好像是世界的神经系统，是对世界各个方面进行控制的. 而经济就像身体各个部位所需要的养分, 金融系统, 那就是专门负责输送养分的血液循环系. 如果血液不能够顺畅流通, 那就没有办法进行经济活动, 那是啥结果呢？Vladimir 可以想象一下哦, 自给自足就够了, 回到石器时代照样过日子! 对吧，Vladimir?  我没去过俄国, 我去过内蒙古, 东三省，北疆，那边的边关有出售俄国产品的. 那边有俄国的特产手工艺品, 比如各种各样精美的套娃, 镶着各种宝石的蛋壳, 伏特加酒, 有名的各种颜色的琥珀，黄金首饰，各种宝石，毛皮. 俄国的军工也是非常有名，所制造的武器, 匕首, 望远镜, 枪支等等军工用品, 都是高质量的钢材, 是精美艺术加工的. 当然还有各种吃的饼干糖果巧克力，还有Jackie最喜欢吃的冰淇淋. 在满洲里郊外，有一个俄国艺术美术馆. 虽然相比于我见过的世界其他地方的美术馆，其水准要差一大节，但是就这么一个小小的地方，比起中国大城市的上海北京的美术馆来，在油画这方面却是高水准的. 里边甚至有卖俄国油画的，是俄国的学院里边学油画的学生画的, 很棒！但总的说来里面的俄国货很贵！ Vladimir 你知道我最喜欢俄国的什么吗？是俄国的油画. 我爸爸在俄国学习住了五年，回来带回来好多本油画册，不光有俄国的画家列宾他们的, 还有西方的画家比如鲁本斯等. 画的不仅是俄国的风景, 那么绵延广阔的土地, 一望无际的森林, 人们凝重的脸色, 仿佛从画里传出那低沉的音乐. 甚至有中亚, 及印度的各种风景. 我听说俄国当今有一位很擅长画风景的油画家, 他的作品炙手可热, 因为他是国宝, 所以国家甚至不允许他出国. 中国有一位非常有名的大导演冯小刚, 他追捧中国一位油画家的作品, 居然花了2000多万人民币, 去买了他一幅小小的作品. 虽然人各有喜好，依我的眼光来看那幅作品，如果跟俄国画家比的话，大概只有中等偏下水平. 中国的反腐顶头上司, 自己的家人在美国旧金山高级区买了一栋别墅，大概值6百万美金。Dear Vladimir, 我觉得你们国家最好的画家，一幅画的价值就可以达到这个价钱，而且完全有增值的空间.  中国的大富豪们口袋里有钱，可是完全有必要提高他们的审美水平，把钱放在房地产中那是死钱，没有多少增值空间，而且每年要交那么多税，还要花很多钱去护理. 投资艺术品保存增值，是比买房地产要干净，增值快，而且有文化意义得多！如果我们去俄国旅行，看中了一幅非常喜欢的画，Dear Vladimir 你让我们用什么支付呢？

in terms of oil painting, it is of a high level. There are even Russian oil paintings sold painted by students who learn oil painting in Russian colleges. It is great! But in general the Russian goods inside are very expensive! Dear Vladimir, do you know what I like most about Russia? It’s Russian oil painting. My dad spent five years studying in Russia and brought back a lot of oil painting albums. Not only it included the Russian painter Repin, but also Western painters such as Rubens. The scenery, the vast expanse of land, the endless forest, the dignified face of people, as if the there was music from the painting, and even the various landscapes of Central Asia and India. I heard that Russia has a very good  oil painter painting the landscape, his work is so hot. Because he is a national treasure, so the country does not even allow him to go abroad. China has a very famous big director Feng Xiaogang, he is chasing the work of a Chinese oil painter, actually spent more than ￥20 million, went to buy a small piece of his work. Although everyone has their own preferences, looking at the piece of work in my eyes, if compared with the Russian painter, it is probably only at the lower middle level. China ’s anti-corruption head, his own family bought a villa in the high-end district of San Francisco, USA, worth about 6 million dollars. Putting money in real estate is dead money, there is not much room for value-added, and there is so much tax to be paid every year, and a lot of money is also spent to maintain. Investing in art to preserve value-added is cleaner and faster than buying real estate, and the Cultural significance is much more!
