Germany was not the birthplace of the industrial revolution, nor was it the most advanced science and technology at the time, but the Germans, especially, consciously， wholly, obeyed scientific law. I don't know if in Germany, there are more scientific minded engineers then they are advanced in the manufacturing of machinery. Or the advanced engineering industry formed German rigorous, rigid characters. German are good at math, good at abstract thinking, so, there are a lot of world famous musicians, and great philosophers. German rigorous, rule-based personality, produces quality and trustable German products. The whole world knows buying things made in Germany, enjoy arts from France, and Italy.
