美国不看重成绩,而是英文种族形体受欢迎程度

在美国,好成绩对将来的职业并不重要,也许说英文的能力、种族和受人欢迎程度、形体才是有用的  In the United States, good grades are not important for future careers. It may be useful to say that English, ethnic, popular, and physical.
美国有句话“ The business of America is business”, 商业只是整个生产销售过程中间,从生产地到销售点中间一个流通的环节。是整个经济系统中的一部分。如果过分地强调和夸张这一部分,而不是有比例地整体考虑整个经济发展过程的运行,肯定会出问题呀。服务业和生产需要的人才是不一样的,整个社会对人才的培养需求,当然为社会服务. 但是因为缺少某些环境致使人才的素质有偏颇, 不能纵观全局的人才,不是高素质的人才,如果进入政府各行各业高层掌握权力制定政策,就会有偏差。美国这些年来的战略失误,是有根源的。我从小在中国环境下成长,大家拼命追求知识,拼命努力工作,获得好成绩。可是我发现到美国来,好成绩对将来的职业并不重要,也许说英文的能力、种族和受人欢迎程度、形体才是有用的。孩子们不觉得拼命努力读书是重要的,甚至还会被人看不起。我那时,南加大计算机系选博士研究生,是几个教授坐在一起,把一个个学生照片轮流拿出来,大多数同意,他就可以进博士研究生了。我想当初我还算挺漂亮的吧。而且美国的文化,也许是为了管理方便,其实社交及人与人之间互动是不够的。你看人都不允许兼多职. 相比之下,每次回国看那些中国人的名片上,职位名称好多哟。这个系统的结构不让人多多发挥起作用,除了其本身职务只做那点事,怎么可以有大的发挥功能效率呢?犹太人不一样,他们每星期聚在一起讨论可能的发财机会,他们有网络优势,会寻找个人多方面发展的机会,当然富裕啊。

However, I found that coming to the United States, good grades are not important for future careers. It may be useful to say that English is capable, ethnic is white, and personality is popular. Children don't feel that it is important to study hard and even look down on them. At my time in school, they chose a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department of the University of Southern California. Several professors sat together and took photos of the students one by one. Most of them agreed that he could enter the Ph.D. program. I think I was pretty at school. And the culture of the United States, may be for management convenience, in fact, social interaction between people is not enough. They don't allow people to have multiple jobs. In contrast, every time I went back to China to see the Chinese business cards, the job titles are many more. The structure of this system does not allow people to play more roles. Apart from its own position, he only does that job. How can it be more effective?  Jews are different. They gather together every week to discuss possible opportunities for making money. They have network advantages and will look for opportunities for personal development. Of course, they are wealthy.
