俄国应该在最新的科技前沿有所作为的 Russia should make a difference at the latest technological frontier

我再讲深入一点，俄国现在出口的主要是原材料和自然资源，比如说石油，天然气。可是俄国人的聪明是全世界公认的，我上次提到过，俄国有在艺术,音乐,舞蹈,数学等方面的人才资源，其实俄国更有在信息,网络,软件方面的极其有天赋的人才，俄国的网络天才甚至可以操纵美国和欧洲的大选！上次我已经说过的，俄国可以组织教育网向全世界提供艺术,音乐,舞蹈,数学等教育服务.我觉得中国,美国,拉丁美洲,印度,就已经是很大市场，我这边就不多说了. 我想说的是，俄国应该在最新的科技前沿，比如说人工智能，大数据为基础的全球管理，无人机，机器人操纵软件，智能医疗设备等方面,有所作为的. 比如说我现在在美国，因为Jackie上学比较远，不在校车行驶的范围内.而且曾经发生过对她不安全的事件，我得在特定时间亲自接送，这影响我寻找常规的工作. 如果有自动驾驶智能控制的车辆，它们有安全的保障，可以负责自动接送孩子上下学，那我就可以有整块的时间去找一份正常的工作.我妈妈不会开车。在美国洛杉矶出行，每次她坐公车都要花好多时间，有些重的日常用品需要我去看她时候才能替她买来.如果有自动驾驶智能车，就可以解决她出行买东西，看医生，娱乐的问题，很多老年人就可以过一个更自由的晚年.好像这一方面中国已经开始在做了，俄国有没有跟中国合作的意愿呢？

I think China, the United States, Latin America, and India are already big markets. Not much to say. What I want to say is that Russia should make a difference in the latest technological frontiers, such as artificial intelligence, big data-based global management, drones, robot manipulation software, intelligent medical equipment, etc. For example, I’m in the United States now, because Jackie goes to school far away and is not within the driving range of local school bus. And there have been incidents that were unsafe for her. I have to pick up and drop off in person at a specific time, which affects my search for a regular job. If so self-driving and intelligently controlled vehicles are safe and can be responsible for automatically picking up children to and from school, so I can have a whole block of time to find a normal job. My mother can't drive. When traveling in Los Angeles, the United States, she spends a lot of time every time she takes the bus. Some heavy daily necessities can only be bought for her when I visit her. If there is a self-driving smart car, it can solve her problem, for commuting, shopping and seeing the doctor. On the issue of entertainment, many elderly people can have a more free time. It seems that China has already begun to do this. Does Russia have the willingness to cooperate with China?
