开发俄国的东亚部分 Developing the East Asian part of Russia

这些还只是浩瀚人口一小部分的旅游盛景. 去年夏天我们去俄国之前，我们到了广州，我们很享受在广州商业区买东西，因为有太多的商店，有各种各样的货品，用太丰富的选择.可是42度的高温，密密麻麻的人群，我们真的受不了.当我和Jackie在圣彼得堡冬宫花园里散步时，Jackie感叹地说,“这个时候来俄国来对了!”. 我们没有一点贬低中国的意思，中国的人口为中国市场经济迅速发展，为中国的迅速致富做出了巨大贡献！我们只想呈现给你那些广大的市场.因为现在中国去俄国的旅游项目，只有去到莫斯科和圣彼得堡. 如果可以想象一下，世外桃源般的俄国东部的度假胜地，以及您给全世界展现的各种各样的户外的活动，打猎，森林漫步，骑马，钓鱼，开飞机和跑车，那一定会对中国的广大旅游大众产生巨大吸引力的。尤其是在中国很多城市火炉般的夏天，在不知道哪里可以好好去放松的黄金长周末，以及对很大一批需要康复疗养的人口. 普京大帝，俄国亚洲部分这些旅游胜地，对人口密集的日本，韩国，以及东南亚的有钱人也是很有吸引力的，你们有没有将这些旅游设施加以升级？并配备上网设施，提供合口味的餐饮，设计相应的活动来吸引游客呢？如果俄国的东亚部分旅游胜地，可以成为中国中南部地区炎热夏天的避暑主要选择，成为长周末黄金周的旅游选择，成为孩子们学习语言文化特殊教育夏令营的选择，成为一部分老年人口和康复人口疗养地的选择，这部分的市场收入是以十亿为单位的. 再讲高深一点的，除了旅游，还可以在这地区开发农业，林业和畜牧业.中国是最近才开放从美国进口牛肉的.虽然牛肉质量很高，可因为价格昂贵，吃的人并不多.中国人习惯吃猪肉，不习惯吃奶制品，这跟全世界大多数国家的饮食习惯不同. Jackie和我都喜欢吃俄国的冰淇淋，巧克力.如果俄国愿意开放远东地区，可以请中国人去经营农场，从事畜牧业，还有与之相关的各种林业产品，以及动物皮毛，把它变成在亚洲的一个主要粮仓，奶肉供应基地，建筑木材主要提供基地，林业产品主要加工基地.要知道亚洲人口佔世界的40%啊，粮食问题是人类生存的最基本的问题, 那儿生产出的粮食，还可以用作更进一步的食品加工和副业，会提供更大的附加值，对俄国经济的贡献会挺大的.现在俄国的政策是把土地分给个人，虽然一方面可以得到广大民众对政府的支持，但是拥有一大片土地的个人是没有多少能力可以对土地进行开发的.俄国得天独厚东部多平原，如果对土地可以大面积地进行机械化开垦，那效益是非常高的.

Especially in the stove-like summers in many cities in China, the golden long weekends when they don’t know where to relax, and for a large number of people in need of rehabilitation. You must know that Asia’s population accounts for 40% of the world’s population. The food supply is the most basic problem for human survival. The food produced there can also be used for further development. Food processing and sideline businesses in China will provide greater added value and contribute to the Russian economy. Now Russia’s policy is to allocate land to individuals. Although on the one hand, it can receive support from the general public for the government, but Individuals with large tracts of land do not have much ability to develop the land. Russia is blessed with many plains in the east. If large areas of land can be mechanized for reclamation, the benefits are very high.
