苏院长说，复旦的国务院受到市里的重视，因为国内只有复旦把政治和外交结合在一起. 现在又给资金，要做国内政治，全球治理和国际公共政策方面的研究. 你看跟你们的一代一路是不是很配合啊. 我请教他，这40年中国的改革开放，国家的决策运作几乎没有走错一步路，所有外国的政治经济国家层面的理论研究者都百思不得其解，非常渴望探其究竟，是不是复旦有这方面的研究，设立模型将其公开化. 而且现在大数据，会不会将数学模式经济方面的内容，融入纯文科的国务院？苏院长告诉我，中国政府的决策过程是七上七下获取各方共识，是透明的. 我心想他可能并不真正了解中国智库的运作，因为设计调整这是完全不透明的，为什么要这么设计，根据什么来调整，这完全是科学. 而获取共识，是让运作时少阻力，是对设计调整精细化，而不是初始的大结构系统设计和必须的调整. 我觉得我可以做顾问，把数学模型系统设计理科方面的东西，引入到你们的国务院里，这样就可以用电脑来系统化量化，科学地形象地设立政治管理模式. 这样就便于以后的监控调整. 我想苏院长和复旦大学校长们，大概不太理解我想要的东西的. 他们还请我吃饭，我忽然觉得复旦对我是太好了. 谢谢复旦. 我看见复旦大学，也许上海其他大学都有那么好的，教师和同学之间的，保持精神健康联系友谊的互动方式. 我就在想，据说使人长寿的，不是饮食也不是锻炼，还是有一个温暖的相亲相爱环境，有能够侃侃而谈的知心朋友圈. 像这种精神上社交的欲望渴求，每个人都有，其实还没有真正开发出来，是一个巨大的市场. 那么多社交软件之所以受欢迎，你看现在人一边走路做事，每人手上都捧着手机在看，因为他们渴望获取信息，想跟别人交流. 但是离真正实体的交流还有一大步. 我现在想到，象你们开的世界论坛，因为各国的领袖们都住得天各一方，所以只能在空中聚会交流. 就光这样，吸引力已经很大了，如果让普京也跟你们一样，天天来，他一定愿意的. 如果Jackie一辈子愿意做空中世界论坛的小主持，就光讲文化历史，还没涉及文学艺术音乐哲学科学生物经济工程等等各行各业，就够你们谈好一阵子了. 如果偶尔还可以把那些新科技突破，新产品介绍进来，那更有意思. 偶尔可以从空中圣坛走下人间，找一个山清水秀名胜古迹大家聚聚，喝美酒尝美食，欢歌笑语，闻音乐起舞，讲名人轶事，那该是一桩多美的事啊！这些世界领袖与世隔绝，多么地希望能够物以类聚找同行，平时大家多聊聊自己行业里的，自己的，天南地北事情啊！这是维持健康的必要精神生活啊.

I think he may not really understand the operation of the Chinese think tank, because the design and adjustments are completely opaque. For example, why do they design this way and adjust according to what? This is completely scientific. And the government obtains a consensus to make the operation less resistance, it is a fine-tuning of the design, rather than the initial large structural system design nor necessary adjustment. I think I can be your consultant, and introduce the science aspects of mathematical model system design to your National Affairs Institute. In this way, you can use a computer to systematically, quantitatively, and scientifically establish a political management model. This will facilitate future monitoring and adjustments. I think Dean Su and the president of Fudan University probably don’t quite understand what I want. Later they also invited me to dinner, and I suddenly felt that Fudan was too good for me. Thank you Fudan. I saw Fudan University, and maybe other universities in Shanghai have such good interactions between teachers and students to maintain mental health and connect friendship. I was thinking that it is said that what makes people live longer is not diet or exercise, but a warm environment of care and love, and a circle of intimate friends who can talk eloquently. Like this kind of spiritual social desire, everyone has it, it is a huge market that has not actually been developed yet. The reason why so many social softwares are popular, you see people are walking and doing things, everyone is holding a mobile phone in their hands, because they are eager to get information,  want to communicate with others. But this is still a big step away from real physical communication. I now think of it, like the World Political Forum you opened, because each leaders are live far apart, so you can only talk in the air party. Even so, the appeal has been great. If Putin is like you, he will be willing to come to the World Political Forum every day. If Jackie is willing to be the host of the Air World Political Forum in her life, even she will only talk about cultural history, not involving literature, art, music, philosophy, science, biology, economics, engineering, etc., this is already enough for you to talk for a while. If you can occasionally introduce those new technological breakthroughs and new products, it is more interesting. Occasionally you can walk down from the altar in the air in the World Political Forum, find a beautiful place where everyone can gather. You drink fine wine, taste good food, sing and laugh, listen to music and dance, and tell celebrity anecdotes. That should be a beautiful thing! These world leaders are isolated from the rest of the world. How much do they want to gather together to find peers to communicate with each other? Usually, everyone talks more about their own industry, their own things, and the things in the world! This is the necessary spiritual life for people to maintain health.
