管理阶层中上层是印度人  The middle and upper levels of management are Indians.

Jackie又要我写印度. 今天的奥斯卡颁奖，“疯狂麦克斯”获得了很多奖项.有时候疯狂一下，就能拿奖，是吧? 美国近年的国策是用印度人. 就像十多年前的国策是接受西裔. 在这边的IT业，软件业，通讯业，管理阶层是最上层是白人，中上层是印度人，下层是中国人或者越南人！成批成批的印度人来到美国，很多也是没经验，拖家带口，但是他们抱成团, 顽强生活着. 曾经做过一个系统软件, 软件系统结构非常特别, 并不是常规的中央控制的星状结构，而是属于有求必应式. 也就是请求者不知道回应者在哪里，回应者也不知道请求者在哪里.双方都不知道中央处理器在哪里. 在每一个终端都有一个界面, 接收和处理从客户端发来的要求, 和从网络过来的指令和回答信息. 所以整个系统的头脑可以分布在网络各个地方，在网络各个地方客户都可以发送请求信息，并以此造成整个网络的连锁反应！这样子就比较隐蔽，比较安全，有点像毛泽东的游击战！

Jackie wants me to write about India. Today's Oscar awards, "Mad Max" won a lot of awards. Sometimes, only when you are crazy, you can get the prize, right? The national policy of the United States in recent years is to use Indians. Just like more than ten years ago, the national policy was acceptingHispanic. In  areas of IT industry,  software industry,  communications industry, top management class are white, the middle and upper classes are Indians, and the lower levels are Chinese or Vietnamese! A large number of Indians came to the United States in batches, and many of them were inexperienced. They dragged their families  but they stayed in groups and lived tenaciously. Once they had done a system software, the software system structure was very special, not the conventional central controlled. The star-shaped structure, but belongs to the responsiveness. That is, the requester does not know where the responder is, and the respondent does not know where the requester is. Both parties do not know where the central processor is. There is an interface in each terminal. Receive and process the requests from the client, and the commands and answer messages from the network. So the whole system's brain can be distributed everywhere in the network, and customers can send request information everywhere in the network, and thus cause the whole  chain reaction of the network! This is more concealed, safer, a bit like Mao Zedong's guerrilla warfare!
