Dear FBI officers,

Thank you for your quick response. This is not an issue against individuals. This issue is regarding the following

1. Elisa Guo, A Chinese Military officer who is hiding in the United States to do espionage for the Chinese government!

2. Elisa Guo has built up a network to work for her espionage activities, wire fraud, money laundering, etc. Some very important VIPs has been working for Elisa Guo to do espionage, including Robert Bernstein, Steven Isenberg, etc. Elisa Guo also asked Robert Bernstein to introduce her to meet with Charlie Munger, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Michael Posner, etc. Elisa had been targeting on those VIPs and tried to have those people to work for the Chinese government.

3. A group of American Judges and Police Officers are helping Elisa Guo to do espionage and to persecute a Chinese dissident.

4. The Chinese government tried many ways to destroy me! One of the method the Chinese government used is Cyber-Attack my ex-employers, including Morgan Stanley and Citibank. The Chinese security agents had warned me about the Cyber attacks before my ex-employers were attacked.

So, this is really an issue regarding the homeland security of the United States! Hope you could investigate the case. Please check the following links for more details.
