（加州洛杉矶报导）好莱坞票房巨星汤姆克鲁斯（Tom Cruise）才刚脱手一栋位在西好莱坞山庄（Hollywood Hills West）房产，1140万美元入袋，但这还不是重头戏。

阿汤哥还要出售他的比佛利山庄（Beverly Hills）豪宅，开价5000万美元，目前正低调让不动产仲介向特定客户展示超过1万平方英尺的豪宅。汤姆克鲁斯在2007年以3050万美元买下这栋附游泳池和网球场的房产。

53岁的阿汤哥去年也计画脱手位在科罗拉多州298英亩房产，开价5900万美元。

汤姆克鲁斯求售的好莱坞山庄豪宅包括2.5英亩的小丘，结合10年前购入的两笔房产建成，当时两笔交易合计1165万美元。阿汤哥为自己量身打造豪宅，新增了石造步道等设施。

两层楼的主房由玻璃墙、厚木地板、义大利农庄风格厨房及3间卧房。可鸟瞰整个市区的景观。

豪宅的客房和主栋建筑分开，有独立的厨房、4间卧房及4套卫浴。建筑内还有石造的品酒空间和酒窖。

户外露台座落在潟湖风格的游泳池，还有水疗设备和瀑布造景。

汤姆克鲁斯今年有「不可能的任务：失控国度」（Mission: Impossible-Rogue Nation）作品上映，还将出演「捍卫战士」（Top Gun）、「不可能的任务」及「神影任务」（Jack Reacher）等系列电影。汤姆克鲁斯曾以「心灵角落」（Magnolia；1999）、「征服情海」（Jerry Maguire；1996）及「7月4日诞生」（Born on the Fourth of July；1989）获得奥斯卡金像奖提名。

Splish splash: Aside from the view, the outdoor space's biggest feature is a lagoon-style swimming pool that is surrounded it paved areas and even has a wooden bridge over the top



Rest and relax: The main home - which has a rustic Tuscan meets modern feel - has three en suite bedrooms, while the guest house has four bedrooms



Stunning scene: The house has glass windows for walls to show off the home's 280 degrees view of the Sunset Strip and Hollywood Hills



Never too many: Tom's other home is in Beverly Hills, which he purchased for $30.5m in 2007
