把世界上所有的土地按一定的统一标准进行标注  Label all the land in the world according to certain uniform standards

在中国上海地区修建住宅，窗户都是朝南的。为什么？因为朝南冬天有阳光暖合，这样的楼盘好卖。中国人无论是选择定居地，修建房屋，寻找陵墓，都有风水一说。风水包括了所在地的气候条件，地理条件，生存环境，交通，人文等等各种因素。如果世界都是你的，没有了国家疆界的地理限制，人们更愿意居住在气候温暖，四季如春，风景优美，物产丰富，文明发达的地区。其实我觉得非洲很大一部分地区，除了文明条件太差了， 气候地理环境都适合人居住呢. 在这地球上气候和地理环境是很难改变的，自然资源的分布也是没法移动的，但是道路建筑产业河流，教育医院等，大多数情况是可以人造的，当然要花钱花功夫花时间了。好了，这样子就把世界上所有的土地按一定的统一标准进行标注，比如土壤的可耕性，下面有什么矿产资源，气候的适宜性，然后设计一个宜居的考量表，用这个表去选择、区别土地的不同用处，把相似的大面积土地圈起来，也就是对全世界来一个zoning. 好了，现在再对这些土地上的居住环境条件，按一定的标准组合给出一个评价，比如对人口密度来一个分析，超过一定标准的，就想着要分流了，密度不够就可以接纳新移民. 有些可居住zoning, 也许环境气候都很好，但是缺少道路，比如连普京大帝置豪华庄园的黑海地区. 有些可能环境舒适，但是缺少基础设施及人文环境，比如非洲那些山清水秀的地方。一旦这些条件能建起来，也许就会成为人们移居的首选。又比如澳洲东南边的大盆地，气候环境很适合人的居住，但是缺少水源。如果开凿一条河流，或海水淡化，那边农业就可以发展起来，就可以有城市，可以有相应的文化产业。当然要把那些可耕种的土地也集中起来，如果达到一定程度就可以作为粮仓。世界各地都有这些粮仓，看看附近人口的分布，需要多少的粮食产量，选择耕种这些粮仓！可以安排种植不同的谷类，果业，杂粮，甚至可以轮休。也许可以有一批种植大军，在全世界farming. 当然还要把那些矿区工业区设定在离居民区一定距离的地方。所有这些都需要一个全球的标准。移民的时候也要考虑距离的相近，文化的相近，行业的设置，和人口背景与当地产业的配置。比如把一大群中国人移民到阿拉伯半岛，可能有问题。大规模移民，先要考虑好目的地行业分布所能提供的就业机会。一旦有一个大概的人口分布，那就可以估算各种需要和市场的大小啊。来看一下世界各地的矿产资源分布。
