欧洲没有大规模的homogeneous 市场  No large homogeneous market in Europe

由于欧洲的历史传统，他们没有大规模的homogeneous 市场，就连法国这么一个小地区，就有几百种的不同类型的红酒，当地人一尝就知道属于哪里产的。因为人的喜好不同，这也决定了每种酒的销路，是不可能有大市场的，只有少数几种在中国人圈里非常流行，才卖得多，卖出好价钱.  美国不同，为了快速富裕，美国没有那么丰富的文化选择，却有联成网的homogeneous market. 你看买生活用品去沃尔玛，家具去IKEA, 吃快餐去麦当劳披萨店，买电器去fry'er, 现在很多是网购亚马孙，ebay. 现在欧洲就连shopping 的场所也从那些零零散散的家庭为主的零售店，汇拢到按人口密度散布的shopping mall,以及越来越流行的电子商务网店. 购物方式不同，经济运作的不同，当然美国富裕的速度比欧洲快. 可中国人口众多，设置购物的平台只要合理，那财富凝聚速度是相当惊人的，看看阿里巴巴，京东，很多已经跟美国人平起平坐并有超越了. 欧洲缺什么？要看欧洲人要什么. 欧洲人从来对人口就有控制，因为要保证生活和人口的质量，他们把犯人赶到澳大利亚，把清教徒赶到美洲大陆. 欧洲人口有限，市场有限，欧洲需要跟世界大的市场挂钩，才能卖产品赚大钱. 价值是人创造出来的，用钱赚钱，也是分享别人创造出的价值，因为文明有先后，财富分布不均匀. 人要创造，就需要有一定的知识背景，而获得知识是一项艰苦的劳动.  高级人才是要在一定的基数上，一定的环境中，才能竞争选拔出来的. 没有制造业的国家要产生数学尖子的机会是很小的. 欧洲因为市场一小块一小块，所以欧洲人把钱汇拢来，不靠市场卖产品，靠理财投资赚钱. 社会中的功能体规模有大有小，比如夫妻老婆店，自成一体，不需要太大的资金和人数就可以运作. 但随着电信技术的发达和高速公路的相连, 有些事情, 比如设计卫星系统, 就需要很大的资金, 和一批专业人员合作才能够做成系统. 欧洲各个国家小又分裂，一个国家没有足够资金和人才去做这些大系统事情，象一带一路这样规模的项目，只靠欧盟也做不了. 欧洲因为传统原因，缺少把资源综合起来大规模系统化投资建设的能力. 以前的殖民地系统，是为宗主国对殖民地进行自私掠夺的，不是综合资源对殖民地系统化发展的. 当然一个社会的产业结构，肯定是大系统的部分数量较小，而当地的个体化的服务比较多. 欧洲不缺个性鲜明的个体化的丰富多彩的文化，但是缺能够综合资源进行大规模的在全球范围的，系统化的市场开发，和合理投资项目. 所以，他们知道自己的不足，有眼光的就拼命赶时机，要搭亲爱的主席，88，你们一带一路的顺风车，因为这是千年难遇的机会呀！

Even in Europe, shopping places are now scattered from  home-based retail stores  to shopping malls distributed by population density, and increasingly popular e-commerce online stores. When Shopping methods  is different, the economic operation is different, of course, the speed of wealth accumulation in the United States is faster than in Europe. But China has a large population, and as long as the shopping platform is reasonable, the speed of wealth condensation is quite amazing. Look at Alibaba and JD, many have been on an equal footing with Americans and have surpassed them. What is missing in Europe? It depends on what the Europeans want. Europeans always have control over the population, because to ensure the quality of life and control population. They drove prisoners to Australia and Puritans to the American continent. Europe has a limited population and a limited market. Europe needs to be linked to the world ’s largest markets in order to sell products and make a lot of money. Value is created by people, and making money with capital is also a way to share the value created by others. Because civilization has developed in sequence, wealth is unevenly distributed in the world. If you want to create, you need to have a certain knowledge background, and obtaining knowledge is a hard work. Professional talents can only be selected on a certain base and in a certain environment. Countries without manufacturing industry want  to generate mathematical genius, the chance is very small. In Europe, because the market is a small piece by piece, Europeans gather capital to make money by investing  rather than selling products on the market. There are large and small business units in the society. For example, husband and wife shops are self-contained, and do not need too much capital nor many people to operate. But with the development of telecommunications technology and the connection of highways, some things, such as design Satellite systems it requires a lot of funds to cooperate with a group of professionals to make a system. Each country in Europe is small and divided, and a country does not have enough funds and talents to do these large system tasks, such as projects of the size of the Belt and Road Initiative. It can’t be done by the European Union alone. Because of traditional reasons, Europe lacks the ability to integrate resources into a large-scale systematic investment. The previous colonial system was for the selfish plundering of colonies by the sovereign country, not the systematic development of colonies by integrated resources. Of course, the industrial structure of a society is definitely a small parts of large systems, and there are more local individualized services. Europe does not lack individualized and colorful culture, but it lacks comprehensive resources to expand into large-scale, systematic market development, and reasonable investment projects. So, they know their shortcomings, and those who have vision have desperately rushed to catch up with the times. They must take a good ride on  dear Chairman and  88’s Belt and Road projects, because this is a rare opportunity for a thousand years!
