上次看郭德纲和赵本山及一众笑星在台上，他调侃小沈阳的太太跟他长得差不多胖墩墩，所以他不敢靠近小沈阳...当我看见观众和其他人都哈哈大笑的时候，小沈阳以及他的太太非常尴尬脸色铁青. 别人夫妻的事儿，要你瞎掺和吗？我在想，难道这就是中国娱乐界的风气吗？说话带黑色讽刺，就像这次美国大选的撕逼，这是一个公众人物在公众场合以自己的言辞给大众显示的形象吗？从及不知道因为什么动机而胡言乱语为别人树的负面形象吗？公众场合讲话要有分寸，做事要有度，这是一个媒体人的素质，更是后面策划的素质啊. 挑选了白灵，策划算是什么样素质啊？是不是策划者应该学白灵到外边来秀，该让位了，别在央视. 韩国人针对中国市场特别培训了一批艺人. 委内瑞拉为了赢得世界小姐的选美冠军有专门培训选美的. 泰国有五十万受培训的人妖. 中国有那么多有才华的演艺人才，应该和可能的各个国家合作，问问上面这些国家愿不愿意接受一批中国的年轻俊男美女，给他们灌输当地的丰富文化，学习当地的语言，同时也挑选他们国家自己的孩子在不同国家学习，也算是易子而教吧！那以后无论是挑选代表本文化的明星，还是国际范儿的明星，都人才济济的. 白灵他们，凭着对所居住地的文化的一定了解，应该去做这些培训的事情，去安排管理这些孩子们，把舞台让给年轻人他们吧. 也许我的话有些重了，中国缺国际明星，无论是范冰冰, 李冰冰, 赵薇, 章子怡，都不是国际明星. 真希望你们能够在各个国家有开办演艺人员培训班，既学习语言文化又能传播文化，有更多机会一起做影视节目. 不知道中宣部他们做文化的能不能也做这方面的教育项目，培养出的人才可以去央视和涉外文化事业单位, 那将来中国的文化产业从业者的眼光和素质就完全不同了, 这是一个长久的投资, 收获丰厚呢，给我机会吗？
