调整过节方式 Adjust the arrangement for holidays

 

中国那么多人口,每年春运过节都给有的交通系统带来超载的流量. 就我们系统设计来说这个设计是有问题的. 但现实就是如此,应该有别的解决办法. 你看美国有不同的时区,东部比西部早三个小时,自然合理. 我在想中国的春节可不可以也划分地区过,譬如说从北到南,指定那一天东三省是大年初一,第二天蒙古地区是大年初一,第三天河北地区以此类推,那回家过年的人就不会突然全部消失挤在一起拥在路上,而轮到上海北京大城市过大年初一的时候,在别的地方可能已过完大年初一的人就会回来,就不会上街买不到东西吃!因为街头卖小吃的外地人都回家过年当然怎么安排要有一个科学的合理的规划. 因为整个春节有一个多星期,把高峰聚集时间按地理分散一下,就可以合理分配交通流量. 拉长春节的消费期.

 

With so many people in China, the annual Spring Festival holiday brings overloaded traffic to the existing transportation system. As far as our system design is concerned, this design is problematic. But the reality is like thatthere should be other solutions. You see in United States, there are different time zones. The east is three hours ahead of the west. It is natural and reasonable. I wonder if on Chinese New Year, China can also be divided into regions. For example, from north to south, the designated three-east provinces is the first day of New Year. Mongolian region is the second day of New Year. On the third day, the Hebei region will celebrate. Thus, people who go home for the New Year will not suddenly disappear .It will not be over crowded together on the roads, and Shanghai and Beijing will take turns for celebrating. In that case, people who may enjoy holidays earlier in other places will come back re-open services, locals can have normal business! Of course, how to arrange is a scientific and reasonable plan. Because the entire Spring Festival has more than a week, the peak gathering time is geographically dispersed, you can reasonably distribute traffic flow, extending festival consumption period.

中国有中国的特殊国情,在执行经济计划时, 有很多地方是不是可以像上面那样在时空distribute 一下?其实这样也间接地拉长了市场的活跃期,更用现有的资源. 还有,美国这些网络公司的覆盖范围不止在美国,中国这些巨头都在中国而且基本上是为中国人服务的. 我希望有一天这些巨头代表都能说流利的英语,在世界各地有度假屋,他们给出的形象是有素养有文化品位,孩子在世界各地受教育,网络生意覆盖全球,而且网站有各种语言. 我更希望有些巨头他们的服务是别人所没有的,是中国的创意.


China has Chinese special national conditions. When implementing economic plans, can there be many places distributed in
time and space like the above? In fact, this indirectly stretches active period of the market and makes better use of existing resources. Also, the coverage of these network companies in US is not limited to US. Chinese giants are all in China and are basically serving Chinese. I hope that one day these giants can speak fluent English. They have vacation homes all over the world. The images they give outside are literate and cultural, their children are educated all over the world, and their online business covers the whole world. Their company websites have various languages. I also hope that some of the giants' services are not others initiative, and they are Chinese creative ideas.
