关于生效时间：
可能是六月最后两周，但最早可能是6月15。
还有可能入境的，抓紧时间快点回美国！

禁令影响范围太广，美国各界会炸掉！
只要总统敢发布，就会有各种诉讼：美国严重依赖H1-B和OPT的众多公司，会全方位对这个禁令发起诉讼；美国大学也会要求对OPT延期进行公示（public notice and comment），等等。
必须提醒大家：美国并非总统说了算，涉及到法规（Statute or regulation），都有法律程序要走，都会花时间。他真正能禁止的，也只有入境禁令，而且，即使这个权力，也必须是”对美国利益有致命危害“才可以使用。
