川普与习近平互不相让，全球金融风声鹤唳。

在柯林顿总统时期担任过财政部长，后来当过欧巴马经济顾问的桑默斯（LarrySummers）5日透过推文警告，美中贸易争议不断升高，全球金融可能正处于2009年金融海啸后，最危险的时刻（the mostdangerous financial moment)。

在此同时，高盛分析师也指出，2020年美国总统大选前，美中不太可能达成贸易协议。
